- Breakaway Cable & System check condition & battery health.
- Chassis – Visual check of condition & integrity.
- Corner Steadies – check for damage, operation & lubrication.
- Tyres – visual inspection of condition & age.
- Handbrake – check operation & adjustment.
- Remove brake drums, clean, inspect & repack bearings and replace seals.
- Brake Shoes – clean and inspect lining, check electric magnet operation or mechanical.
- Adjust Brakes.
- Replace road wheels, torque wheel nuts to manufacturer specifications.
- Road lights & reflectors – check operation.
